Evenciio Apartment is a residential apartment complex located in Depok, West Java, Indonesia. With numerous tenants and units, the management staff is tasked with manually recording and inputting monthly utility and electricity usage for each resident. This routine was time-consuming and often prone to human error due to its repetitive nature.
To address this challenge, we developed a custom application to streamline their monthly operational process. The tool enables the staff to export data directly from Excel files into their existing database system—saving time, improving accuracy, and boosting productivity.
