ABOUT
Evenciio is a premium apartment strategically located near Universitas Indonesia at Depok. With more than 1000 units and close proximity to train stations, the tenants are mostly university students and office workers.

OBJECTIVE
The staff records monthly usage of the tenants’ electricity and utility usage in Microsoft Excel and manually input them to their billing system. The task is tedious and prone to mistakes because the number of the tenants itself are more than 1000. They ask for tools to simplify the input workflow, so that the staff can perform this monthly task efficiently.
APPROACH
We develop a desktop application which can export the tenants’ electricity and utility records in spreadsheet format to their enterprise database in a more simple way than manually entering it one by one. The staff can simply select the Excel file and click export. The application takes care of the input automatically and stores it in the database. Additionally, the program also takes into account the data relationship in the enterprise database to prevent data corruption.
IMPACT
The monthly data entry can be performed more quickly and efficiently with this application.
